If you wish to cancel your order, you need to contact our customer care department using a Contact Us page. If you contact us 24 hours after your order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Make sure that you provide us with a valid shipping address during checkout. We recommend that you check the contact details twice before submitting the order. Any mistake in the personal data may cause non-delivery of the products. If you noticed that you had provided us with a wrong shipping address or phone number, you need to contact us immediately – we will try to solve the problem. We will not be able to offer you a refund if non-delivery was caused by the wrong information you had provided.

Unfortunately, by law, we cannot accept the return of any drug that has left our warehouse.
